Having inherited the property from her Grandfather, the owner was intent on keeping history in the family and preserving the historic appeal of this 1915 Craftsman home.

Although in not the best of shape, the owner has thoughtfully and painstakingly begun the transition of this beloved home and began with a new Gerard stone coated steel “canyon shake” metal roof from True Green Roofing Solutions – the leading metal roof experts on the west coast.

The new roof design beefed up the look of the home after the asbestos shingles and an additional asphalt shingle layer were removed. Not only is the load on the historic house become MUCH lighter, but the strength of the metal roofing is unsurpassed.
